How you can help: Volunteer-Donate-Tell others about Us
Although we have found a way to get trained dogs into the hands of those who need them, we will always need your help. We need not only financial help, but also Volunteers to help at our events such as Blessing of the Bikes in May. Or your school could have a fundraiser as the Reeths Puffer Leadership group did(Yes, they are looking at you other local schools and groups). Katie Van Dam took up the torch and held an entire evening of fun at American Legion Post 208 in Kentwood last night. A Beach Party theme, with a fun meal and music. It was a great time. Thank you RP and Katie. It doesn't have to be a huge concert, or a cross-country car rally, but it could be. The opportunities are endless, as are the ideas. Please, drop us a note if you have an idea to raise funds for this amazing chance to help not only our Veterans but our First Responders as well, and we ALL know we owe them all a lot more than we can ever repay. ALSO, Just talking about the K9 Jaeger Foundation Helps so many.
If you donate to our non profit organization, your money goes to the assistance program for obtaining service dogs for Military Veterans and First Responders in need at no cost to the recipient.
Also, our Foundation is registered with the State of Michigan and United States as a 501c3 Non-profit Organization: Meaning your gifts are tax deductible. This could be a one-time donation, or set it up recurring. You, or your business/workplace, can sponsor a dog for Military Veterans and First Responders . We will also accept, cars, property, stocks and bonds, or you can always leave it as a legacy for the foundation. In addition, we can always use help at various fundraisers or organizations/individuals to hold fundraisers for Military Veterans and First Responders
